There seem to be two types on the market 18 gauge Max and ones that manage 16 or less gauge. The cad tire one is 18. Anybody have one of these ? Is 18 gauge really the max?

I have one like the Canadian tire one. It's great for automotive type metal. I've never tried it in thicker stuff. It's like a bandsaw though, once you have one you don't know how you ever did without.
