Perpetual License, Feature Recognition CAM

Thank you all for the already great response. The 50% discount offer expires on 4th October. Cost jumps to USD 399 after.

Some updates: We have added several hobby controllers now - Carvera (both community and vendor), ShopBot and we got a Centroid controller to work with G93 (those who know, know 😉 )

Takshak Turn - Mill turn CAM is scheduled for release by October end - it will also have a launch discount of 50% and be available at USD 199
Takshak Burn - for EDM's, Laser , plasma, and waterjet machines is expected by November end, though less useful for hobby I suppose.

@jcdammeyer @L98Fiero We have reached out to Alibre CAD and asked if they'd want to collab to make it seamless between the two apps. So far we have not received a response. If they respond in the negative, we will still try on our end to see how we can enhance the experience.

Dear All,

Thank you all for the warm response to our product and for all the feedback so far. The launch offer closed today and is now a regular price of USD 399 for a perpetual license.

Also 1.0.8 has been pushed.

Special thank to @DavidR8 for mentioning us here. I landed here after a google search of takshak showed up this thread. 🙂

Kind Regards,
George

Dear Takshak Customers,

We have just pushed version 1.1.0.

Takshak now has In Process stock at a definition that your system resources can support. This was a difficult win for us considering we needed to navigate around a lot of silly patents by the big boy CAMs. We will publish a paper on our approach and keep the IP free so others can benefit as well. Competition only helps the consumer.

I will add a video shortly on the IPS. IPS also allows us the next major update which is multiple setups with rest machining carrying over from one setup to the next.

Thanks for all your support.

Kind Regards,
George
