Found this on Kijiji last night. Kept the tab open, took another look this morning (to avoid a pure impulse buy) & made arrangements w/ the seller to come see it this afternoon. He was somewhat surprised that I contacted him 'cause he had deleted the ad overnite due to an unexpected trip that would take him away from home for a week or so starting this afternoon. Good I left the tab open.

Do I need a Mitutoyo digital micrometer set w/ 0.00005 accuracy? Hell no. I'm happy when I come within 1/10" of my target. However, for $200 I couldn't turn it down...

It appears to be nearly unused, w/ the 5" standard still protective coated.

This gentleman is the one w/ the Rex 1600-A durometer I listed in Classifieds.

I don’t think it is a matter of if you need 0.00005 accuracy, it is the fact that you can measure 0.0005 (one less zero then above) and less, if needed. The best thing is that the five standards are there.
So it’s not a”you suck!” It’s a “you smart”.

Obligatory insults given, good on you! You have found so many great deals for others that it's great for you to find one for yourself for a change!

Now just to be clear though, if you decide you don't want it, I'll very very happily reimburse you and pay shipping to send it here!

How often do I get to use my two favorite giffs in the same post!
