I bought a shorter length (4" & 5") set of parallels from Ebay seller, nominal 3mm thickness. I have been quite happy with my prior Asian sets in 6" length. They measure within a tenth of each other in height.
Unfortunately these ones were poorly packed for shipping. No wrap securing the wood box closed. And no foam between the free space inside the cardboard box. So the wood storage box was cracked & many of parallels just rattling around loose. Fortunately no dings or chips or I would have returned. The foam finger dividers were kind of mangled. Since I was gluing Humpty Dumpty together again, I made some plywood dividers. Nothing special. Rainy day project.
