Hello all, new here but wanted to let you all know that Metal Works Canada is now selling hot rolled steel in rod, square, tube and flat bar. They will sell any size and no minimums. Aluminum will be available soon Scott tells me, as well as maybe 4140 and other speciality tool steels in the future as demand warrants. Metal works Canada is in the S.E. Down the road to the east of Blackfoot Motor Sports and Shaw GM.

Nice pricing as well I have used them for sheet metal roofing flashings etc for the last 10 years. Great group to deal with.

Hey @Dogpounder Welxome to the forum! And this is interesting. Another metal supplier! That's two added to our list this year. How are the prices? Per pound?

Not to sure. I am there today so will investigate further and report back. I'm pretty sure by length but will confirm.

Good News All. metal works has lots of Aluminum in stock tubing, flat bar rod etc. They didn't have a price list as of yesterday. I bought flat bar hot rolled steel .69 cent a foot for 1" by 1/8" and 1.29 a foot for 2: by 1/8". they have a 7$ cut charge which is a little steep!
