LOL Off the top of my head I think you're referring to how much more pricy they are compared to 1 intended for wood working. It's a King (like the other machines) & haven't any complaints. Works well for our purposes.

I was gunna make a wise crack about your "little" band saw too, but I'm old and slow and I see somebody beat me to it. Gotta be fast around here.....
