netflix you suck almost as bad as twitter

Paul deserves to be taken slightly more seriously but he would not make it far in an actual boxing landscape.

At the same time, he hopes people will be nostalgic and hold a memory of a fighter from a bygone era.

He knows he can draw people playing the villain against these memories of fighters from the past.

The stuff he puts up is just spectacle closer to wrestling.

Tyson is one of the GOATs and we would have never heard of Jake Paul or see him in a televised rink if it weren't for Youtubers and influencers.

Paul's gimmik is looking for fighters passed their prime that wants one last big payday more than another win (or avoid losing). Win or lose will never mean anything to a career they are already retired from.

Sports are supposed to be entertaining because real competition means we are left to wonder.

Paul makes us wonder in the opposite and polorizing way: half of us hopes Paul's grand plans will fail, which it never does as per his design; the other half are clueless kids who think Paul is god and will knock everyone out.

I'm just happy Tyson got his payday but could care less for Paul.

Fell asleep on the couch. Woke up, netflix froze. Went to bed. Watched highlights this morning, and not surprised by the outcome. Pretty predictable what happened, but I think we were all hoping Tyson would have knocked Paul's yappy head clean off his shoulders in the first round :D. Oh well. Two guys got paid, and it didn't cost me anything.

This wasn't a "real" fight from the beginning. It was an entertainment exhibition. Paul is an entertainer, not a boxer.
