My wife is making a Christmas tree stand

My wife asked if we had enough materials and tools to make a Christmas tree stand. After I had a little chuckle I said yeah we had adequate tools and materials for her first welding project. Here are a few action shots of her at work , more to come.

Just about finished this Christmas tree stand, we are at the painting stage now. She tried a bit of mig welding with fluxcore.
