I like the price but serial number 212? And it looks kinda beat. I suppose if a project was in order...

That looks like a project machine for sure. It would not be that bad if it could be seen under power and tested for accuracy. If it was actually used in some kind of low production work for 13 years its beaten up hobby machine. $3000 for a working machine that can make accurate parts would be a great price - even if its old tormach (opionions are low about the models they make). Then again maybe its better to spend 10000 CAD for a mini mill from HASS in the same age group - its only twice as much after all the fees and you are getting a solid machine.
