The fact that it's still for sale and not gone yet has me seriously concerned about our western brethren.....Geez, what are you guys doing out there? Sleeping........? ;)

I bet that's a nice drive though.....I won't even want to do a 1hr drive into Toronto for the deal of a lifetime, but I'd love to spend all day driving out there......

Yes, the drive over the Duffy lake rd to Whistler is one of my favorites, even after my thousands of trips up there in a plow truck over the years........ Beyond Whistler, it's just a game of survival with the asshats, who I believe are just out to get killed or kill someone else.

Sounds very similar to driving the 401. Starting Monday I have to drive into the middle of T.O everyday for trade school for 8 weeks. I'm really not looking forward to it......My Wife was joking last night saying I probably already expanded my kijiji and marketplace boundaries for the area.....She wasn't wrong :D. I'm hoping to pickup as many tools and deals as I can afford to make that drive into the beast worthwhile lol. Already have something tee'd up for Monday's drive home :D.

I had DOT in Wyoming suggest I not travel a certain road through the mountains. My ears kinda perked up when the officer said "we'd prefer not to investigate a fatality" . I took the suggestion

I would come down the Canyon, but the run from Hope to Delta would be slowwww. The secondary highway along the Fraser River above Cashe Creek where you pick up the Trans Canada has some serious pucker factors. This is from a BC boy . I consider our mountain highways very Darwinian .

Anybody in Ontario looking for cutters and slitting saws?
