Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Ye they ship DHL I think, but I would call and talk to em before ordering anything as they leave listings up for stuff that sold sometimes lol

Yeah, and you never know where it's located? sometimes Eastern Ontario, sometimes British Columbia.
They should be able to tell you via phone call but best guess would be Langley
These look like shop made boring bars probly just doing sleeves or cylinder Type work were a adjustable boring head may not be ridged enough with long extension or may just not fit.
Also saves on head room for the mill.
They are also cheap compared to stuff like these.
I too own a nice boring head for the mill but I can see those bars coming in handy for certain applications. That and you cant beat the rigidity of a straight bar. My boring head can do something like a 5" hole but not as fast as dedicated bar. I would also have to do couple spring passes to clean up deflection.
Ooo nice looks like reasonable size boring mill ye these bars would work good for that mind you on The short end for it
