For some reason this all shows up in Chinese on my computer and phone. That never used to happen. Did you change something?

I am very sorry that I forgot to switch back to English after English was translated into Chinese, and by the time I found it, I could not edit it. I will pay attention to this problem and avoid it from happening again in the future.

If it doesn't take too much time, please translate it into English. I would also like to know the effect of the translation software you use.

I think it is about the reason of being particularly busy recently :1. The quality of the rotary stamping handle purchased is very poor, and only one hexagonal tool is made after the end of life. 2. I used the MT40 taper shank of my own 25 straight shank rotary stamping, but also because there is no plane support bearing inside, it was soon scrapped. 3. For the above two reasons, I had to choose to make my own rotary knife handle. 4. And I am trying hydraulic stamping simultaneously, which also needs to make some tooling and fixtures. 5. I even bought a punch grinder (used) and then spent a lot of time repairing the grinder first and replacing the fixture of the grinder. I want some tools that can perfectly make inner polygons. Whether it is rotary punching or hydraulic punching, this is a new field that requires a lot of time and effort.

@a smile Sun with your EDM you could cut out the internal hex shape. You are not doing that. I’m sure you have good reasons - is it not practical? I don’t have an EDM so it is hard to see why.

EDM is not used for two reasons: 1.EDM cannot process blind holes. 2. I need to produce a large quantity, and the efficiency of EDM is very low. This little tool is not suitable for using it. 3. I have successfully made the rotary offset shank, and I have successfully made some inner six holes (blind holes).

Recently I have been very busy and have no time to come here to communicate. Just now I checked my phone and I didn't even have time to take a picture.
