Maybe you already know but the Toolex by Gasweld seems to be another generic lathe in a long list of machinary made in China. Although, I have read that this brand, when compared to similar looking and specs lathes, has superior fit and finish.
You might get really close to a manual with more details like the swing, between centers measurements, and other details.
Look-up "Enco 110-2072" online. Looks very close and there are some posts on other forums. For example:
