Looks like it has most of its feed gears and a steady rest, don't know what the other slide type looking option is. Belt looks original. I would recommend from experience that a second interrupter switch be add for off/on as the change direct that handles this it is easy to miss stop or bump it to on changing speed or doing other this. I had mine for over 30 years and now mine is living with a friend.
