Lathe speed question

I have a Luxcut 1136 lathe that is fairly new to me and I’m going through it, cleaning it, setting it up properly etc.
On the spindle speeds chart on the headstock of the machine they gave 2 sets of spindle speeds in RPM; (high gear). One speed for 5” and one speed for 6”.
I’m assuming these measurements are for the diameter of the chuck?
Both the 3 jaw and 4 jaw chucks with my lathe are 6” so if that’s the case then the highest spindle speeds chart I can get is 500 RPM.
Is this assumption correct?IMG_0303.jpeg

I'm not sure what they are trying to tell you there but I have a 12x37 with 8 in chucks and have no issue spinning those up to the max of 2200rpm.
