We had a VOLSTRO attachment at Ex-Cell-O Special Tools.
They seem to be very rare these days.
(CNC has made them an expensive option)

Alternate process:
Mount your workpiece on a Rotary Table and position it with the Center of Rotation located properly from the OD edge of your mill cutter.
