Job transition

All the best landing a job you enjoy. After I leave this place I will never again work in a small family business. Big places have their downfalls too, but I've read this same book 4 times now, and it always has the same plot and ending. It's like a hallmark Christmas movie
 
I've worked in both small and large. Same poop just different people. When its good its good, when its bad its bad.

Now that you're going back because they realize your value good time to ask for more money.....use the power while you have it.

I am Ante-ing up. Last night at midnight I applied for a position at a really long term Mold Shop in Windsor. Today, I had the first interview over the phone... In person next week...

Time to see what cards they will play to keep me... I need statutory holidays, overtime,.....etc...
