I don't see any tooling with it, no 4jaw, centers, drill chuck etc. There is a steady laying on the bottom of the stand so maybe there is more.
 
If in good shape that is a great price. I.e. check bed usage & make sure no broken gears etc. For the price extra chucks are not needed nor any extras - its already a great price if it works.
 
Noob here. Can someone explain the difference between lathes that have a single acme screw and those that have a acme screw and a shaft thats connected to the carriage?

The acme thread screw is for threading purposes only. Some lathes through to save $ use it also for power feed.

The 2nd shaft is usually actual feed, which is not dependent on the acme screw for providing feed to the X and Y (or at least X). This is much better, as you are not wearing down your acme screw for just power feed.

3rd shaft is to turn the machine on / off and reverse / forward. On larger machine you may be away from traditional location of on / off switch. Since you always working near the carriage it makes sense to put a switch there. I guess mechanical bar just worked well for this vs. say electric switch that would have a cable dragging around.

Plus it could be left-over tradition: lots of older (and most bigger modern) lathes had (have) clutches. So that would be the “clutch shaft”. On line shaft equipment, it would be the shaft that switched onto the loose pulley so that you could stop the machine and change belts, for example.
