I was just tire kicking prices & stumbled on this site. Seems to have pretty good selection of common mics, dials, calipers etc. Looks like CDN supplier, CDN prices, free shipping over $99 & forthcoming 5% off sale according to ad. I haven't used them so cant comment there. Anyway aside from Mitutoyo they have other instrumentation goodies FWIW https://www.itm.com/

ps - just as example of price variation on exact model dial indicator I chose randomly 543-783, look at the spread among Cdn distributers (not including shipping which also varies)

In this case yes, but I've seen it swing the other way. It always pays to check around & make note of sales. I've also pointed out lower prices to KBC with a web link & they matched. Another consideration is returns. Some places are quite unforgiving depending on the item, others are OK. Maybe it varies by how much moola you spend there.
