That was just good old fashioned misdirection, skullduggery, and supply chain interdiction, where the battery unit was not the source of the explosion, rather the battery cell casing was used to contain the payload.There was a bunch of those went off simultaneously & unexplainably a couple weeks ago somewhere in the world
Watch a couple videos of Lithium Cell battery fires, and you soon see that it is almost impossible to get the results that were got by that lot of devices, unless you use a very specific set of materials, and simply overheating a lithium cell doesn't provide that!
