I keep close tabs on my tools. I know where everything is or should be and seldom misplace a tool.
The other day I noticed my 7/64 missing from a set of imperial Bondhus Allen wrenches. Recently one of my kids has been using some of my tools which is fine. But after noticing them missing for a few days I have to tell him to round them up and bring 'em back. So naturally, when I seen the "missing tooth" of my set of Allen wrenches an inquiry was made. He claimed that he does not have it...
So now that's another set with a missing wrench. It seems like the bigger the set of LOOSE wrenches the more likely one or more will be missing. Same thing when I was at work. Go grab a set of Allen wrenches and sure enough one or more were missing.
And if somebody here wants to tell me, "Hey, no big deal. You should see my incomplete socket sets."
I might call Tool Protective Services on you. I might.
