Came across this in my endless search for tooling. And it just makes me feel funny, something about it. It's like nails on chalk board feeling.

I've never seen a shank that wasn't shiny from native grinding, but its entirely uniform matte. Digital pics can play games with metal in certain lighting but it does look odd. Dipped in 100% wholesome citrus degreaser for a few days maybe?

I don't think it's scam the fellow sandblasted it, that and it would be a odd thing to try and scam someone with
Why does he have multiples of exactly the same thing with one already sold?

All of the listing photos are identical. Maybe the same item listed in many different categories? Marketplace is inundated with bogus listing, spam, and sponsored listings that are actually links to scam or porn sites.

If one is sold then all listings would be marked sold. That's the tell for me.

Not sure could be something fishy going on I'm not sure how Facebook posting system works besides click and submit I still haven't figured out how to reliably search it for what I want either as I can use the exact part number for somthing and not have anything pop up then day later see a posting for exact thing I'm looking for with part number in description or title that's been listed for weeks.
