Got an old unnamed lathe

I got this little one about four years ago.
It does have a very very small pass through, about 1/4" or less.
Distance from chuck to tail stock is about 12"It is cast iron.
It has no marks / nameplate or anything to help figure out who made it that I can find anywhere.
The gear behind the chuck says 60 4P.
It obviously been butchered.
Everything moves pretty freely.
The chuck uses a drill press style key for opening / closing the jaws.
Missing the tool post.
As it sits on the table it is less then I figure 40 lbs.

I am thinking about using it as a small wooden lathe. The table it is sat on for the photo's has a 750 watt brush type servo motor that I can strap it to.

Who made the little bugger, worth while spending time to convert it or is it junk????

Not sure what it is. It is for sure missing some parts from the look of it. But everything is relative. If you think it has use, use it, if you think it’s worth restoring, restore it. One idea is you could convert it to an Els with a small stepper motor setup and use it for threading.
