Looking forward to the gallery event tomorrow. It ends at 6pm, so unfortunately I won't get to see it all lit up at night, but they did post some footage at least:

Then it's back home for an iron pour on Sunday with a new to me artist from Montreal.

The annual sculpture garden celebration was a nice day. Hot and sunny and not a lot of shade but it was cool to see the sculpture in place.

I also got to meet Roch Smith, who does lost wax casting and runs the foundry at York U. Autocorrect REALLY wants to make him Rich Smith. Deep down though, don't we all want to be Rich?

I can't imagine I'll have much more to add about this project now that it's done and out in the wild. What a blast to work on something so bizarre!
