Haven't been following this closely but have been following.

I get pissed if I lose 5 bucks. I'd probably off myself if I lost anywhere near so much money

Not every idea that is proposed, is a good one. But I would (as a citizen of British Columbia) be supportive of opening a series of Methadone clinics and homeless shelters, in, say the Mont Royal neighborhood, in Montreal. Heck, I'd pay bus fares to dump them off there! LOL! I can't be the ONLY person that recalls what happened when a busload of illegal migrants got landed on the ground at Martha's Vineyard, am I?

In the last 10 years we have migrated from a drug free society to a Free Drug society. (Of course 'free' means we all buy drugs for those who want them) BC is one of the worst excesses. What they did to buy votes was amazing.
But I do think your idea has great merit. It worked very well with the illegal immigrants when Texas shipped them to Martha's Vinyard and New York city. "Sanctuary City" played well until they had to try it out for real. Ottawa would be another good dumping ground.
