Well, it is a custom lighting shop! 
While I have some reservations about their quality, the fixture on the hoist in the centre of the first shot is from the Centre Block of Parliament. It's interesting to see how many offices were fleshed out with stuff from a specific MP's constituency, even if the quality wasn't really up there.
It's crossed my mind that, if there was interest in a GTA meet-up, our shop might be a decent location. Plenty of space for horse-trading (Forklift's good to 3000 lbs at 24"), and close to the bottom of the 427. Happy to sort that out if it comes up.
