I don't use it myself but don't most of the CAD programs spit out cut lists from assemblies? I think in SW its a form of 'table' but I thought Fusion had something comparable. Or are you referring to programs that orient & nest parts like preparing for 2D cnc cutting maybe?

Most CAD applications do provide a cut list. The challenge (for me at least) is translating the cut list into a material list.
My current use case is that I have a cut list for aluminum extrusion and I need to figure out the most efficient way to get the cuts from the available material.
This what the Optimizer produces. Super useful to me.
