Product Cordless tools

Product
I've donated a bunch of tools to one of the neighbours over time, he had an extra one of these and told me to take it. It's a 2401-20.

Those are a beautiful little compact tool. I love mine. Great balance, handy size, and quite reasonable power too. It's the one battery powered tool I use more than any other. Next after that is the M12 drill with a drill chuck.

Quite often I use both together. Drill a hole with the drill, and drive the screw with the driver. Rinse, repeat till the job is done!

I've said this before. I like the pair so much that I bought a pair for each of my 4 kids for Christmas one year.

I think I want a Milwaukee 3048-20 and 3049-20 impact gun. Paired with whatever ratchets go with them. Haven't researched the ratchets. But waiting on a promo or spring sale

I bought a 1/2" driver for the 1/4" hex and a 1/4" driver is in town waiting for me. I could use the 1/2" driver with a 1/2" deep socket for now, for hose clamps

Snap on makes 3/8" drive hose clamp sockets, hopefully get them this month too

Something like that. I'm not a fan of them but if they was cheap in a promo pack I wouldn't say no. Likely one of the least used pneumatic tools I use

Gotcha. I was trying to picture an accessory that worked with the driver and came up empty.

Ya, I have an M12 one like that I got a long time ago. I used it once to try it. If it had not been part of a combo set, I would have returned it.

Thanks Dave.

I have a variety of Milwaukie and Dewalt. Both great.
My M18 5” breaking grinder is a gem. I also use the M18 vacuum- makes a quick clean up easy and helps to maintain the marriage (keeps swarf at bay)
My favourite is:
the Amazon price can be beat at box store like H Depot. Dewalt has a similar multi head driver but it is 20v and just too big for me

For yardcwork i love the EGO brand. I have hedge trimmer, weed wacker and leaf blower. IMO these best both Milwaukee and Dewalt hands down. I really like my Sthil arborist gas chainsaw - when i get a battery model it will be EGO

I’m not necessarily a hardcore Milwaukee fan boy, but it would appear like it if you looked at my tools.

I have M18 and M12 just by chance, I was given some M18 stuff many years ago and then it expanded from there. I have a hodgepodge of corded tools from the other brands but all my cordless is red.

I am a pro, so all Fuel grade stuff when available, and I have a million batteries.

Other guys at work have either Milwaukee, Makita, or Dewalt and all seem to be comparable, but if you are a pro user, buy the “high grade” stuff, like Milwaukee Fuel, Dewalt XR, or makitas version of that.

They all are junk but all are pretty good haha.

I'm no pro and little experience with how it compares to others, but I've had this small Hitachi drill for almost 10 years now and has been my go-to for a lot of around the house tasks, including light drilling. I think Metabo bought them out and rebranded since:

I recently tried WEN driver with thus feature: their design didn’t feel good in my hand when in the “straight” configuration.

I can imagine working full-time or spending all day building a deck or something the ergonomics would be prioritized over lightness and the straight config. The straight has come handy with awkward positions around existing stuff in a full house. This thing is basically a more powerful cordless screwdriver/drill.

Speaking of which I also have this cheap speedy screwdriver from PA for quick assembly stuff. Tiny and good for those impatient to diss/assemble things slowly lol
