I think 6-1/2 means 13 in North American, yes?
Yeah.

The English tend to use center height, as a reference point, while the US practice was to use the maximum swing that the lathe could deal with, but you have to watch the numbers for what it will actually swing over the carriage! Some manufacturers touted the maximum diameter disk the lathe could swing over the bedways or in the gap,, if so equipped, while some used what the machine could swing between centers... www.lathes.co.uk is a pretty decent reference if you are shopping! They cover just about everything that might ever interest a hobbyist, or Farm Shop kind of size range.

So 13x30 probably, gap bed, gap is there on tray, imperial and metric threads, hardened ways, gamet bearings, tailstock, 2.0625 bore, my guess would be 1200 top rpm.
Very nice
