A quick search shows D1-4 camlock.
From the pictures it doesn't look like there is a motor, if it mounts behind the HS.

Not a d1-5 - only 3 studs on the backplate sitting in the chip tray. Spindle looks to be 3 stud too. A d1-5 has 6 cam-lock studs.

Motor and belt are missing in the photos.

Plastic tie downs to a wooden skid......??? Carriage handle damaged or spinner missing?
