I first came across this Canadian manufacturer of glues at KMS. I bought a bottle of CA glue, it's excellent! The bottle has a great lid and nozzle, it does not clog, and the glue seems very good. I see they have different CA formulations for wood, metal, plastic, CA flexible joints and they also make epoxy & other specialty glue. I've ordered some of each from their web site. Check them out. Everything else I see at the local big retail stores seems to be made down south so CECCORP seems like a good company to support.

here is a graphic from their good article on gluing 3DP parts:

amazon...???? see elbows up! 😀

I sent a note to Busy Bee asking them to think about carrying CEC Corp adhesives. You could too...

Where can I get wood glue made in Canada? Or wood glue made in the EU?

I havent used the Lee Valey stuff in a while but its good. Quite thick, cures darker, sands better. And I seem to recall a shorter shelf life but my sense of time seems to be getting worse. Lately I label the date on every product I buy unless I know for sure it will be consumed within a year.
