The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. At the risk of initiating yet another granite wild goose chase because I've heard they come & go, my buddy in Edmonton said he just picked up a 12x18x3 & there were a few left. I guess you could check your local store on availability.
Very good price but he has not had a chance to validate & even that may not be indicative of another one, but from what I've heard they were as per quoted spec whatever that was.

They want $125 to ship that whereas they gave me free shipping on two 4” vises.

All I have right now is the busy bee. I can't validate its accuracy claim, but it is certainly within what I can measure with the tools I have.

Best of all, this little guy does not need 3 point mounting.

I really want a 24 x 32 or 36 on three points though.

How about this one, not as big as you want but $100.

Not mounted properly. Plus I'd like grade A so it can meet B without recertification.

But thanks for looking for me. One of these days what I want will show up at a reasonable cost.
