I can’t decide if there’s a scam here, but this seller just listed a whack of stuff, mostly at extremely low prices. Get at ‘er!

Well, I bought the magnetic sine chuck. I was very worried about it being a scam. How can the same item on ebay sell for $1,000?? And this for $100?

We'll see soon enough. It's being shipped. I talked to the guy. He phoned me, and company displayed on my phone. I called it back. Same guy. I Googled the company, and it was in London, Ont., same place as on the advert. And he just sent me an invoice and paid receipt. So it appears legit. We'll have to wait and see.

Prices seem reasonable and cheap for some items - like the boring head - now that is cheap.

Micrometers at 25 seems normal price - I sold mine for $20 in Calgary so 25 seems a bit high in ON.

Say the tool box for 250 feels high - I got one like this in Calgary for $100 like a month ago - yes with machinist stuff in it.

As for eBay - a lot of items there in "sell" category are heavily over priced - the price is based on *new* item and say discounted 50%. New item may be $2000, so eBay seller lists at $1000. He does not understand item is very rare - and rarely used and market is tiny - or he is willing to wait for 100 years.

I have brand new Czech live center MT4 sitting at $120 now for over a year. Its less than 1/3 of list price... Touch more than China new on Amazon in that size. Or I have 1 1/16 bridge reamers - new, British made, sitting for a year at $20 - this is 1/6 of the list price.

Well, I received the magnetic sine plate. Magnetool MSP 664. KBC sells it new for over $3,000.00! It looks like its been dropped a couple times. The top surface corners are slightly clobbered. It's rusty, but not badly. The magnets are still very strong. It's missing one fence. Not bad for $100.00 + $35 shipping.

I'll go over it, and clean it up soon.
