  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

This reminds me of a myford lathe... but I can't place it. lathe is missing head stock and is pretty rusted but I think they guy could sell some of this for parts if he identified the make and model...

Myford clone maybe?
The half-nut lever on the left of the carriage handwheel is classic Myford.
The thing that is odd is the flat front of the apron characteristic of a Super 7 vs the recessed front on an ML7
The Super 7 had a flat front apron but from 1974 onward had power cross feed which was activated by pulling a button under the cross slide handle.
Also the T-slots on the cross slide are in the X direction vs the Z on a Myford.

Do you have more pics?

Buy it and you now heave a headstock project!

You could measure the ways & note they are flat. There cannot be that many lathes that are flat in such size and age.
