Any suggestions on thread cutting

I'm wanting to cut some coarse threads in delrin (or maybe brass). As far as I can tell they have a 4mm pitch but have no idea what form they are. I'm thinking I might be able to hack out a form tool to cut the threads reasonably close but the largest/most coarse threads my lathe seems to be able to handle is 3 mm. I don't imagine there is any way I can do it, but I thought I would ask here as there are a lot of ingenious brainiacs here on the forum. IMG_20190812_1348112~2.jpg
