CA-BC Amazon.ca vs direct from Accusize?

Emailed KBC that day and asked if I could come in and swap it for the handle I need, they said they will have to refund me the money I paid for the handle then I have order the proper one and then find something else I need to bring the total up to $25 min.
What kind of bs is that?

Inventory control. Paper trails. Gotta know what you got, what's coming, going, and elsewhere. If you are a small enough company with few staff you may get away without this. Company of any size? Much harder.

My experience as well. They went out of their way to do what they could to satisfy my needs and in the end refunded and provided shipping at their cost to return the item.
