  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Ontario GTA West area meetup is planned for Saturday April 26th at Greasemonkeys shop in Aylmer Ontario. If you are interested and haven’t signed up yet, click here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

Same here. Great value for the Money IMO. Even though, now I'm only using 2 of them in my build now lol. I will use the other two in another grinder build at some point, so they wont go to waste.

4” drive wheel. Youde have to crank that bad lad way up there to get proper sfpm to eat steel.

Your only at 4200sfpm at 3600rpm.

If you want to stay with Canadian suppliers there is Nexus Grinders out of Alberta.

I wish I would have found them before buying my Vevor ones. I only found them after, as I was looking to find a 6, or 7" drive wheel somewhere, to see if buying one vs making one would be a more efficient use of time/money. While they "do" offer one, a 7", it's out of stock in my 7/8" bore dia.

Buying this package, would have saved me about $24 (my vevor wheels were on 114), considering I had no intentions on using the 4" drive wheel on my build anyway. Plus that money would have stayed in Canada.

I ordered their wheel kit several years ago and they're still round and spinny. No regrets. Still haven't used all the belts I got from them either.
