I’d love to get a fingerbrake like that I have one that folds the edge over but the adjustment parts are missing for depth of bend.

A 5400 US$ bender needing some TLC for 100$ - If I didn't have a finger brake, I'd buy it and be on the 5 hour journey to get it!

It is possible that it is only $100 for a good reason....bent all to hell. People sometimes will try to bend larger metal gauge then what the machine was built for. And if don't bend straight and true it's only scrap iron. At least in my opinion.
