It’s also Fort Mac. Hard to find any other place where so many people have the amount of disposable income they do here, and get bored trying to figure out ways to spend it for some. It’s easy for a two income household here to make 4-500K/year if they are both working at the oil sands sites. And most houses often have rental rooms/suites too.
