Looks like a Sunmaster. Made in Taiwan clone of a Colchester. I saw a new one at the Modern Tool open house in Edmonton today. Priced around $30k.

Yep, 1440. Given that it is rather new-ish 2019 but 600v and in ON plus some goodies I am guessing 5000 CAD. Maybe 6000 as gov deals is expensive.
