  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Calgary Area Meetup is set for Saturday July 12th at 10am. The signup thread is here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. King 1440 and Craftex Threading

Not the one I had, the 4 smaller knobs on the bottom just varied power feed speeds. Any threading, I had to take off the end panel and change out 3 gears (using 3 different wrenches), replace the end panel, cut threads then reverse the process to get power feeds back.

    King 1440 and Craftex Threading

Looks identical to the C0636 I bought from Modern tool in Calgary about 2004. Just different color paint and decals. No quick change gearbox - always annoyed me to do any threading.

What does a hydraulic follower accessory do & what are they worth

Kind of like a taper attachment but will follow irregular lines (candle stick maybe ?) Hydraulic stylus Follows a pattern, reproduces it on workpiece.
