  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Calgary Area Meetup is set for Saturday July 12th at 10am. The signup thread is here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. I don't like Mondays, but I really really hate post long weekend Tuesdays.

I have experienced this many times at pretty much all big box stores. Although very frustrating, I think one of the largest contributing factors is these are generally entry level (low-paying) positions and very few of the people willing to take these positions are given adequate training. ELS installation questions

Thanks John. I will go and do some reading. As you probably have realized I am not familiar with electronics and have never really had the need to learn (till now...). I agree wholeheartedly about the wealth of knowledge on this forum and everyone's willingness to help a guy out. I appreciate...

    ELS installation questions

Thanks for adding that link. Do you have a website for more information? I am still in the research mode and haven't decided on one specific unit yet so I would like to learn more about what you have to offer. I am realizing that I will need to become comfortable with some electronic assembly...
