  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Calgary Area Meetup is set for Saturday July 12th at 10am. The signup thread is here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. If you are interested in doing something in your area, let everyone know and make it happen! Meetups are a great way to make new machining friends and get hands on help in your area. Don’t be shy, sign up and come, or plan your own meetup!

    Blast! Sovol SV06 went sideways.

The prusa slicer now supports plates. See above, just drag the parts off the surface and the second plate appears. Many of the things in the bambu slicer are in the prusa slicer but sometimes it's not obvious. Certainly the connection and remote control stuff is more work to get going. There are...

@Susquatch John - thank you so much for taking the time to draw this and explain it. Super good post and why I like the forum. Plasma cutter for under $300!!

I don't think you will get very good cutting with that rating - short bursts. My 40A cutter will run ok with my 4.5 CFM compressor. One thing to note too - the air needs to be dry. even a speck of moisture blows up my consumables.

This is pretty effective dish cleaner on the sides of the pots, it's not as good on the bottom of the pots because there are too few bristles pointed down. It makes quick work of pasta pots and other deep pots. The bristles on this brush are pretty stiff and work well at removing crusty stuck...
