  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. The Calgary Area Meetup is set for Saturday July 12th at 10am. The signup thread is here! Arbutus has also explored interest in a Fraser Valley meetup but it seems members either missed his thread or had other plans. Let him know if you are interested in a meetup later in the year by posting here! Slowpoke is trying to pull together an Ottawa area meetup later this summer. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year. Screw Chek’r guide q

First of all welcome from the Cowichan valley on Vamcouver island. After reading your post I went out to my shop and got out my Screw Chek'r. It also has the extra hole on the left side. On mine down the left side are the fractional sizes that match up with machine screw numbers. 5/32 is...

Product What's your favourite angle grinder?

I have 2 Metabo angle grinders and 2 of their die grinders. They all have cords. The oldest ones are about 45 years old now and still going strong although the variable speed on the old die grinder packed in and I switched it over to single speed. None of them have done much work in the last 10...

    Rpm Sensor (missing)

The Craftex CX601 mill has a pretty small sensor at the top of the spindle. It runs on 5Vdc according to the wiring diagram. It has 3 wires going to it from one of the circuit boards. I could take the cover off and get a picture if that would help. I believe I also have the Craftex part number...
