  • Several Regions have held meetups already, but others are being planned or are evaluating the interest. No date has been selected yet, so let him know if you are interested here! We are not aware of any other meetups being planned this year.     I made this o-ring splicer, jointer a few years ago. A .015" recess in the middle for the blade to fit. Glued both plastic pieces together. Then drilled holes for some common size o-ring. Did a Vee groove small and big on the ends of the tool to join the o-ring cord during the glue process...

    You got me thinking for a minute, that would look so nice . But then realized, I am trying to get ride of it to substract a project from my list. If I would not already have a precision level, it would of made for a nice shop project, especially a base in bronze.

    Nice upgrade. This shield is unique and does the job were well. Were do you buy a screw shield like that? I once thought I could use a measuring tape coil, but it is to narrow and doesn't wrap well.
