Tool Countersinks, what would you recommend?

I just have a cheap (Banggood) set that work ok but have a few very dull areas from me being a bit aggressive on the feed rate. Speed is definitely a factor for the chatter.

    Supplies Better portable bandsaw blades

I got lucky the day I went in they were on sale (this rarely happens) and they had quite a decent variety of tooth options to choose from

    Tool ACCUSIZE

I only have a couple of Accusize 1/4" carbide tool holders for my lathe but they seem to be really decent. I've even used one in a fly cutter and it worked well. I'd have no issues buying more of their products

    Supplies Better portable bandsaw blades

I have been using the Lennox Wolf- band (14/18t) with good success. I needed a blade for a quick and dirty aluminum job so I grabbed a 10/14t from Princess Auto and was very surprised at how well it cut. Cast Iron stock

I certainly wouldn't call myself a machinist, I'm a carpenter that pisses about with metal...LOL. I have made two wig-wag engines so far, one single and one two cylinder. I have had to cast most of the rough material to make them since there is just no way to find any stock that is...

    Cast Iron stock

Yes, There are quite a few youtubers that have done videos with these kits. They are nice kits, but the price tag to purchase and ship is more than I want/can spend right now.

    Cast Iron stock

Yes, I did. I would still like to source a supplier for CI, however, I have been scrounging brake rotors with the idea I would try my hand at melting some in the small foundry I built and casting some bits. I have been bitten by the small steam engine bug but cant afford a DYI kit.
