    Air compressors

I tested the unloader valve by adjusting the pressure limit screw to a lower pressure. It successfully released air, and after plugging it back in, I increased the pressure screw which successfully activated the pump but struggled to run and tripped the breaker again. I'll try using 220v to run...

    Air compressors

I do hear it release air once it finishes, and the machine came with a 120v plug which is what I use. Would it only be the small valve ontop of the switch?

    Holiday shop projects?

I don't get any more days than the holidays off, so I'll just be continuing with my blades. I need to stay focused on finishing my set of steak knives. I have every blade finished, and most handles bonded to the tang, only I keep moving to other projects instead of shaping and sanding the...

    Blade smithing

The spine thickness greatly effects the strength, the weight, and the flexibility of the blade. The bevel and the edge are what effect how well the blade slices the most, but a thicker edge will also make it more difficult for the blade to pass through the material. An ax has a thick spine and a...

    Components

Ah, that makes sense, that is making me think it may be best just to use my 3 phase motor with my 3 phase VFD. The motor I already had installed on my belt grinder had been working quite a while just off 240v, controlled with a power switch, and ATO had posted a video on how to wire and program...
