Not a deal- Victoria BC 7x10 HF lathe $500

:) Some enterprising person with a connection to a freight forwarder could go into business buying stuff in ON and re-selling it out here in 'lotusland'. :)

Not a deal- Victoria BC 7x10 HF lathe $500

Years ago I was a regular at rural auctions, and I'd often spot 'accessories and parts' for tools in 'the wrong box'. Usually it seemd that it was accidental - the auctioneer's helper or the family (for an estate sale) just put stuff in the wrong box. Sometimes I suspected that a buyer/bidder...

Victoria BC Logan 200 (modified) Lathe $1000

Yes, the arrangement of the uncovered pulleys with the large (belt tension?) lever does look a lot like the Powercraft/Montgomery Wards lathe. I think you get the 'Detective of the Month' award! :) Pretty sneaky of somebody to have changed the nameplate!

Victoria BC Logan 200 (modified) Lathe $1000

So that's a real plus. I sent him the serial number and he replied with the month of manufacture (Dec...
