Try to recreate the error for me? I changed the upload settings to expressly allow heic files. They weren't blocked before, but now they're specifically allowed. As well, I don't know anything about .heic files, but I suspect something is going on related to Apple's change there.

I bet the issue is related to the .heic filetype, which probably isn't being categorized as an image type (safe for upload).
