I lost interest at the $8000 for the mill. I’d rather find an old Bridgeport at that kinda money. He’s the second owner of that mill… if that helps. So I’m thinking he over paid, needed it now deal maybe?

ya I’ve priced it out! I’m sure the 601 is a great machine but I’m thinking it’s not $2500 better! If I could sell my PDM for $1500 and buy the 601 for $3000 that might be worth it but at $3700 it’s not in my wheel house

So I have a King PDM30 it’s fine for what it’s intended for, but I’ve always been on the hunt for a bigger machine. There’s a 601 on Kijiji and it got me thinking. Is the 601 worth the $2000 -$2500 upgrade over the PDM? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

Mill drill is $2500, stand is $500 I think…. So if there is $1000 worth of exrtras new prices it a fair deal. I’d guess that roller is all of $350!

I made a copy of my manual just in as buddy hasn’t picked up inverter yet. Glad you got it sorted out
